Today, River City Wrestling presented Wanted Man at the Salvation Army on the corner of Logan and Lizzie. But enough of all this chattering, let's get to the results as provided by none other than the most positive force in Winnipeg Independent Wrestling, me, The Master Blogger.
Opening Promo: The RCW GM announced that due to what happened last show he has suspended Madman Muir (that was bullshit in my opinion) so he was not on the card that afternoon. He will be back next show But...The General Manager has plans.
Opening Contest - The Executioner vs. ''Misfit'' Mike Mission - Executioner backed Mission to the corner, Mission then tripped up the Executioner and repeatedly whacked him in the head. Executioner rammed the Misfit's head into the turnbuckle but Mission bounced back with a rollup for a 2 count. Executioner rammed repeated shoulders to the Misfit but Mission recovered however, he ran into a shoulder, a bodyslam and a kneedrop. Mission would bounce back with a bulldog but only got a 2 count. Mission then tried a Vader Bomb but only got a 2. Finally, he used his patented Mission Statement DDT to put the big guy away.
Match #2 - Reggie Gallagher vs. Nacho Slurpee - Throughout the course of the match, Gallagher was taunted by the crowd. Nacho countered with 2 perfect rollups but both times got a 2 count. Back in the ring, Reggie delivered hard rights and an irish whip but when he went for a clothesline in the corner, he missed. Reggie delivered a neckbreaker, a legdrop and choked Slurpee but only got a 2. Gallagher tried a piledriver but twice it was blocked. Finally, a superkick was enough to put Nacho Slurpee away for the 3.
Match #3 - Samuel vs. The Great Pepito - Samuel backed Pepito to the left turnbuckle in a chokehold and delivered repeated kicks and a powerslam followed by yet another chokehold. The Great Pepito tried repeated kicks of his own as well as a shoulderblock but could not chop down the big oak tree (just a blogger's joke there folks) until a top rope clothesline finally took Samuel down. Pepito fell prey to a chokeslam but only got a 2 count. Pepito put Samuel in an armbar and tried boots and punches to the gutt but ran into a cookie sheet shot while trying a dive. Pepito delivered a double ax-handle to Samuel and used a chair but in the end, Samuel choked out Pepito and would not let go until La Sombra came in and made the save. Winner by DQ: The Great Pepito
Intermission: several wrestlers came out to sign autographs
Weasel's Den with Samuel - Samuel came out with a mysterious man (many suspect that was Tom Hallick but I don't know) Anyway, this mysterious man announced that Fozzworth had been a thorn in the side of both Samuel and his partner and ordered an attack on Fozzworth until La Sombra made the save. Laurence Fozzworth III made an announcement: Wayne Stanton and Carol Stanton have sold River City Wrestling to him yes folks, Laurence Fozzworth III now owns RCW and he granted La Sombra a match with Samuel leading to an impromptu match
Impromptu Match - La Sombra vs. Samuel - Sombra delivered a boot to the breadbasket and chopped him down with a dropkick but was caught off guard with a backbreaker and a foot choke but Sombra tried a headscissors. Samuel delivered a vicious powerbomb and ran La Sombra into the chair and choked him yet again. La Sombra recovered with a 619 and a headscissors. Sombra tried a high risk move but his head ran into the trash can lid that Samuel brought into the ring for the 3 count.
Match #4 - Billy Blaze vs. Dirty Dick Walker (Falls Count Anywhere) - Walker attacked Billy from the opening bell but Billy recovered with a vicious clothesline and a shoulderblock but Walker whacked him into the trash can lid and rammed his head into the ring post. Walker pinned Blaze outside the ring but only got a 2 count. The Dirty One poured on with a legdrop and a head stomp but Blaze recovered by whacking Dirty Dick with a belt causing Walker to yell ''I'm blind!!'' and also by ramming his head into the chalk board. Back in the ring, Billy delivered hard rights followed by a stiff kick for a 2. The Dirty One fought back with a clothesline. Blaze tried a rollup but only got a 2. Both men then fought to the back thus ending the match (or so we thought)
Match #5 - Marius vs. Vinnie Valiant - Marius attacked Vinnie from the opening bell but Vinnie bounced back with a sunset flip for a 2. Marius turned the tables with a vicious clothesline, an armbar and a guttwrench powerslam. Vinnie came back with a monkey flip. Marius delivered a Perfect-Plex for a 2. Valiant would deliver a suplex of his own and a crossbody block for a 2. Vinnie rammed Marius into the reff. This allowed Marius to deliver a Peyote Piledriver. Vinnie recovered but in the end, Marius delivered a second Peyote Piledriver ontop of a trash can lid for the W meaning win.
Billy Blaze vs. Dick Walker con't - Both men had come in from outside the parking lot and the match picked up where it left off allowing Blaze to get the win with a backslide.
Match #6 - $1000 Battle Royal
Order of Entrance:
Dick Walker
Billy Blaze
Buddy Wiser
The Executioner
La Sombra
Marius
Vinnie Valiant
Mike Mission
Order of Elimination:
Buddy Wiser

Random Thoughts By The Master Blogger Part 2
This is part 2 from where I left off in part 1. Before I begin, I would like to say something to all the readers out there who may be reading this. My name is James Charles Tuchscherer and I am the mysterious Master Blogger. I am the mystery figure behind the clipboard and pen. I am the man who goes to a number of different shows, but most of all I am one of the most positive forces in Winnipeg Independent Wrestling. I don't have to remind the readers out there what happened on Mother's Day at Behind Enemy Lines at RockBar. Everybody who was there saw TJ Bratt and the Alliance Of Defiance gain full control of the company formerly known as CWE.
Now nobody knows what is going to happen next. The fans don't now, the Alliance of Defiance don't know, heck, even the Blogger himself doesn't know. I've sat at my laptop hour after hour, night after night wondering what is going to happen next. All I know is what I heard on Tuesday night last week that the storyline there was to brand the company into something different. As TJ Bratt said last week, I was the only one in the crowd concerned which team was going to win. So maybe I was concerned. BIG DEAL!!
Anyway, after watching things go on at RockBar, I felt like I was left with no choice but to say a few things that have been on my mind for sometime. I'm gonna say something in this blog, that I have never said before in any of my blogs. You know, many, many years ago, when people first saw James Tuchscherer at many local wrestling events, you did not see James the Master Blogger, I was just an ordinary wrestling fan.
You know, when AWE (Action Wrestling Experience) only had their one show at Blush Ultra Club and if my good friend Mike Davidson is reading this, that was still an awesome show. Anyhow, as I was watching that night, I had a vision in my head. A vision of a blog to be created to give the wrestlers and fans and non-wrestling fans an opportunity to read my work. But at the time, I wasn't ready to write a blog.
I had been watching wrestling on T.V. since I was born. From the old AWA to the NWA to the glory days of the WWF and so forth and so forth and on and on and on and on and I know better than any wrestling fan how tough it is to create something such as this blog that I've brought to life. I wanted the Manitoba Local Independent Wrestling News blog to be the place for die hard wrestling fans to read my work. So I transferred my work from my blog to my Facebook notes and to prowrestlingwinnipeg.proboards.com.
Well, a big thank you goes to the man upstairs, my two best friends who I am blessed to have in my life, a great blogging partner and many of my readers who take the time to read my blog. Here we are, mid-May and I am still plugging at it, and I want to thank each and every one of my readers and each and every one of the wrestlers who read my work from the bottom of my heart. Without all of you behind me, there is no Master Blogger.

River City Wrestling Results For Saturday May 14th
This afternoon River City Wrestling returned to the Salvation Army on the corner of Logan and Lizzie. Now this is going to be their home base for awhile until they can get the insurance thing figured out. But enough of all this jibber jabber, let's get to the results.
Opening Contest 3 Way Match - Leo London vs. Shadow Xtreme vs. The Executioner - Executioner slammed London and Xtreme to the mat and said: ''Is that all you got??''. Both Leo and Shadow ganged up on Executioner sending him to the outside of the ring. Xtreme executed a headlock takeover on Leo but Leo bounced back with a roundhouse kick as well as an impressive and I mean impressive suplex. Shadoow recovered with a Cross-Rhodes and a bodyslam and dived onto Executioner. This gave Leo the opportunity to do the Mistico Dive onto both men. Back in the ring Leo put Shadow in the Ode To Quack submission move but in slipped the Executioner who delivered repeated shoulders to Xtreme and choked him with his boot and then suplexed him for good measure. Leo climbed back into the match. Both Leo and Shadow tried suplexes but both were blocked. Leo delivered an excellent Code Breaker from the second rope but Executioner came in and broke the 3 count up. In the end, Shadow pinned Leo following a 5-Star Frog Splash.
Post Match: Leo superkicked Shadow and gave him a beatdown until ''Misfit'' Mike Mission made the save and challenged Leo London to a Kendo Stick Match on May 28th hopefully settling this once and for all.
Match #2 - ''The Great'' Pepito vs. Madman Muir (with Laurence Fozzworth III) - Muir backed Pepito to the corner and delivered a backbreaker as well as a headbutt. Muir tried to cover but only got a 1 count. An irish whip by Pepito turned into a shoulderblock by Madman. Pepito delivered repeated kicks as well as 10 punches to Muir's head followed by 2 elbows and a knee. Muir recovered with a face rake and a kneebuster. On the outside, Muir's manager Fozzworth went on the attack by choking Pepito. Madman threw Pepito into the ringpost and deliver a back rake. Pepito would recover with a dropkick and ran Muir into the ringpost twice. Pepito then tried a dive, but Muir caught him in mid-air and ran his back into the post. Madman next delivered a chokeslam. While Fozzworth distracted referee Rocky Augustino, Samuel Dez Aztor came into the ring and delivered a backbreaker allowing Madman Muir to get the W meaning win. After the match the team known as Epitomy Of Evil went to work on Pepito.
Promo: Vinnie Valiant comes to the ring and calls out the man who attacked him last time they were in the ring. That man being Marius. Marius did not come out so the match would take place later that afternoon.
Match #3 - Samuel Dez Aztor vs. Buddy Wiser - Samuel backed Wiser to the corner, however, Wiser countered with rights and a roundhouse clothesline for a 2. Buddy delivered 2 perfectly executed chops but Dez Aztor turned things around on the outside while referee Rocky Augustino started the 10 count. Once the match was back in the ring, Samuel choked Buddy and tried a suplex only to have Wiser block it and deliver a suplex of his own as well as a snapmare and a kick to the back of the head as well as a boot to the face. Wiser went up top for a sunset flip but only got a 2. On the outside, Samuel delivered a fist drop to Buddy's head. Referee Rocky Augustino started another 10 count. Back in the ring Dez Aztor delivered 2 elbows but only got a 2. In the heat of the moment, both men got double clotheslined. This allowed Madman Muir to slip into the ring and both men gave Buddy Wiser a beatdown until Pepito made the save. Result: No Contest. The new RCW GM made a match for later that afternoon and if Muir and Samuel declined they would both be fired. So they accepted.
Intermission: several wrestlers came out to sign autographs.
The Weasel's Den with Laurence Fozzworth III - It was time for as he put it, the best part of the afternoon. Weasel's Den time. But whether some of you reading may not know this, I, the Master Blogger have an interview segment as well called The Columnist's Corner and yes at one time, I did interview Laurence Fozzworth III but I will save that for Tuesday night when I go on Tuesday Night Heat to talk to Wayne. Anyway, in the Weasel's Den, Fozzworth's guest was Billy Blaze. During the course of the interview, Dirty Dick Walker came down to the ring and challenged Blaze to an impromptu match. This brought referee Rocky Augustino to the ring.
Impromptu Match: Dirty Dick Walker (with Laurence Fozzworth III) vs. Billy Blaze - Walker put Blaze in an armbar but Blaze reversed it. Dirty Dick reversed again and countered with a boot to the head but Billy delivered a shoulderblock and a hiptoss. From behind, The Dirty One countered with a face rake and a boot to the back of the head as well as repeated headbutts. On the outside Fozzworth choked Billy. Walker delivered a slingshot under the ropes as well as a legdrop. While Fozzworth distracted referee Rocky Augustino, Dick choked Billy with his wrist tape, tried an arrogant cover but only got a 1. Blaze came back in the match running Walker into the ring post, delivered a stiff kick and got the win with a rollup.
Semi Main Event - Madman Muir and Samuel Dez Aztor (with Laurence Fozzworth III) vs. Buddy Wiser and The Great Pepito - This match was made earlier this afternoon by the new GM. Wiser backed Muir to the corner. Muir tagged in Samuel but was victim to a hand stomp by Buddy before tagging Pepito who got stopped with a bodyslam and shots to the back of the head. Both Muir and Dez Aztor double teamed Pepito and Muir suplexed Pepito for good measure as well as a throat chop. Dez Aztor turned Pepito upside down into the tree of woe and countered with repeated kicks to the gutt. Madman delivered a roundhouse elbow before tagging in Samuel who tried a cover but was broken up by Buddy. This prompted Pepito to tag in a fresh Buddy Wiser who was on fire. This was followed by a double splash from Wiser and Pepito who sandwiched both Muir and Samuel. Wiser suplexed Dez Aztor but only got a 2 count. During the match, Muir threw powder in Wiser's eyes risking a DQ. After the match, Epitomy of Evil put Pepito in a garbage can and carried him to the back.
Main Event: Marius vs.Vinnie Valiant - Vinnie took down Marius but Marius would counter with an armdrag but then Valiant would reverse it and deliver a clothesline. Marius put Vinnie in another armbar but Valiant took him down with a headlock. Marius countered with a gutt wrench bodyslam but only got a 2 count. Vinnie tried a sunset flip but only got a 2 allowing Marius to bounce back with a clothesline, a bodyslam but when he went for a legdrop, Vinnie would roll out of the way. Both traded lefts and rights with Valiant getting the upper hand with a monkey flip followed by a spinning heel kick but when he tried a ploncha, Marius would roll out of the way rendering Vinnie unconscious. Just when it looked like all was over for Vinnie he quickly small packaged for in my opinion, the fastest 3 count ever. After the match Marius gave Vinnie Valiant another Peyote Piledriver until several wrestlers came to the ring to check on him. Him being Valiant.
Manitoba Events Online Present Behind Enemy Lines featuring the stars of CWE Results
Last night, Manitoba Events Online presented Behind Enemy Lines featuring the stars of CWE now last night could have been the last we heard from CWE but I will get to that as we go along. Here are the results as provided by the Master Blogger:
Opening Contest: Tyler Colton vs Billy Blaze - Both men shook hands as both men are considered fan favorites. Colton countered with an armbar but Blaze delivered a bodyslam on the concrete floor followed by an elbow but only got a 2. Blaze delivered a stiff kick to Tyler but when Billy went for a second one, Colton sidestepped him. Billy delivered his finisher the Blaze Of Glory but only got a 2. Billy delivered chops but Colton bounced back with a Codebreaker for a 2. In the end, Billy Blaze delivered a second Blaze Of Glory for the win.
Match #2 - North Of 60 (Big Jess Youngblood, Kato & Shadow Xtreme) vs. The Strip 'N' Dales & ''The Brickhouse'' Paul Arcidi - A collar elbow tieup into an armbar on Arcidi by Kato but Paul would reverse it into a back suplex before tagging in Bobby Fox whereas Kato tagged in Shadow Xtreme who got a belly to belly suplex. Youngblood backed Fairlane to the corner but missed an elbow. This prompted Fairlane to tag in Bobby but got stopped by Jess who delivered a kick to the gutt of Fox. Jess went up for a top rope splash but Fox rolled out of the way. This prompted Fox to tag in Arcidi. Fox tried a hurricanrana but was caught by Big Jess. Arcidi delivered a spear to Kato. The match then spilled to the outside. Back inside the ring, Kato delivered a back heel kick to the Brickhouse but in the end Paul Arcidi used the Alabama Slam to pin Kato for the 3.
Match #3 - JJ Sanchez & Big Cliff Corleone vs The Supreme-A-Donnas - Both teams got into a singoff until Brian Rich came out and started rapping until he was stopped by both Tommy Lee Curtis and Heavy Metal. Cliff and JJ attacked from behind starting the match. Heavy Metal superkicked JJ and both him and Curtis pancaked him for a 2. JJ got Curtis on his shoulders but TLC delivered an elbow from the ceiling lights for a 2 only to be caught off guard by Corleone. Tommy would fire back and get Metal in the match. JJ moved out of the way as Metal charged but Heavy would deliver chops but JJ recovered and tagged in Cliff allowing a double team. While the referee's back was turned Cliff choked Metal with the tag rope and delivered a Corleone Crunch. Cliff delivered a bodyslam which allowed Sanchez to deliver an elbow but Heavy rolled out of the way and tagged in a fresh Tommy Lee Curtis. Both tried to pin Cliff but in the end JJ and Cliff delivered the Doomsday Device for the win.
Match #4 - 123Approved.ca Open Rules Title Match - ''Beautiful'' Bobby Jay vs. U-Gene Dinsmore - Bobby was flying solo in this title match while his co-champion partner ''Pimp Daddy'' Rick Matthews was out with an elbow injury. U-Gene pulled the wig off Bobby early in the match. U-Gene then spewed beer (or some sort of liquid) into the face of The Beautiful One. U-Gene would deliver a drop toe hold and spanked Bobby with a fly swatter. Jay would attack from behind and choke him for the fun of it. This followed up with a poke to the eyes. U-Gene would recover with back elbows but Jay delivered a knee to the gutt followed by a dropkick. U-Gene delivered a sunset flip for a 2. U-Gene then delivered a legdrop but also got a 2. Next, he tried a People's Elbow but also got a 2. Finally, he tried an RKO and he got the win and the title.
To quote U-Gene ''I've been all around the world, and I've seen a lot of great fans but the best fans are right here in Winnipeg.''
Match #5 - Ilena vs. Jordan Brooks - U-Gene came out to watch the match while I continued to do my job. Ilena (nice name by the way) put Jordan in an armbar but Jordan reversed it. Ilena missed an elbow allowing Jordan to get a rollup for a 2. Ilena delivered kicks to the gutt, Jordan schoolboyed or in this case schoolgirled Ilena for a 2. Jordan rammed Ilena's head into 3 turnbuckles and delivered a DDT but also got a 2. The match went back and forth but in the end Jordan got the W with a DDT. In case some of you are wondering, W means win.
Main Event: War Games Team CWE (Danny Duggan, Zack Mercury, AJ Sanchez, Darren ''The Bomb'' Dalton & Surprise Team Member) vs. Alliance Of Defiance (Mentallo, TJ Bratt, Robby Royce, Moses Luke & Sabertooth) w/Lacey - It was now time for the main event in which the losing team would no longer exist. Royce countered with back hand elbows and hard rights but Danny bounced back. Duggan dropkicked Robby. Lacey tried interfering but Danny stopped her. Duggan suplexed Royce and gave him a hard chop to the chest. When Duggan went for a second chop, Royce sidestepped him with shoulders to the gutt. After the 10 count, next came Mentallo who was brought in the hard way by Danny but was met with a knee by Showtime. The 10 count would start and out came AJ Sanchez to even up the odds.
Sanchez was on fire. First chopping Royce twice and then turning his attention to Mentallo, both AJ and Duggan delivered a double suplex to the champ. the 10 count would start again. This time out came big Moses Luke who was met with a hurricanrana by AJ. The match would go back and forth until the 10 count started and out came Z-Merc for Team CWE. Mercury delivered chops to Showtime and booted Mentallo. AJ backhand slapped Royce.
The 10 count would start up and out came the massive Sabertooth who stood toe to toe with Zack Mercury, chokeslammed Danny and delivered a Baldo Bomb (or whatever that is called) to Sanchez. Speaking of a bomb, next came out Darren ''The Bomb'' Dalton for Team CWE who fought off every member of the AOD including his former Team Impact partner Robby Royce.
Several minutes later, the 10 count would start again and in came: I've always wanted to do this: ''The Canadian Loose Cannon'' from out of Calgary, Alberta, Canada: TJ Frickin' Bratt who cuts a promo only to get interrupted by ''The Mecca'' Shane Madison who was the surprise team member. Madison ascended the ropes and did an amazing flying bodypress onto everyone on the outside.
Once all 10 members were in the ring. It was time for elimination. Back in the ring, Zack Mercury was the first to be eliminated by Moses Luke. Next was Shane Madison. Tooth took down Duggan and choked AJ with his boot. Darren took out Tooth with a spear, Danny delivered a Cruel Summer to Tooth and was gone. Bye bye Sabertooth. Hit the showers.
Royce did a ploncha over the top rope. The match spilled to the outside of the ring. All I gotta say is: Wild scenes happened here in the match!!. Darren speared Moses for the 3 count. Back to the showers Moses Luke. On the way back to the locker room, Moses got into a bit of an altercation with Tony Condello who delivered a haymaker to Luke. Darren Dalton was eliminated after Royce whacked him in the back of the head with his tag team title belt.
AJ was eliminated after Royce held on to the ropes while pinning AJ. Next to go was TJ Bratt. Royce hoisted Duggan onto his shoulders for what appeared to be a Death Valley Driver but AJ Sanchez whacked him with the tag belt. Show over. Goodbye Royce.
Finally, and the Master Blogger means finally it came down to Mentallo and Danny Duggan. Duggan delivered a running clothesline and a Rock Bottom but only got a 2 count. Duggan delivered a second Rock Bottom followed by a Cruel Summer but also got a 2 count. The match continued. When it did, TJ Bratt slipped between the ropes and whacked Danny Duggan with the microphone repeatedly. This allowed Mentallo to deliver a powerbomb for the W. Winners the AOD.
Because of this, The Alliance Of Defiance gets complete control of CWE. CWE returns to Rockbar on Sunday June 19th. What will the future hold? Will there be a name change? Only one way to find out and that is to go down to Rockbar on Fathers Day.

Columnist's Corner With Ricky Rivers
Master Blogger: Welcome to the Columnist's Corner. Fantastic world wide reaction to perhaps my biggest interview with the Playboy and you can read it by going to either my blog or by checking out my notes on Facebook. My guest this week is one of the fast rising stars on the New Brand Wrestling roster. No it's not Leo London. Nope not the Misfit Mike Mission. It's Ricky Rivers. Ricky, welcome to the show.
Ricky Rivers: Thanks for having me James
Master Blogger: You are quite welcome. Now for my first question. Some of my readers are not as familiar with you as they are with my other guests that I have had. So can you tell some of my readers a little brief history of how you broke in to the business. A little brief history of Ricky Rivers.
Ricky Rivers: I broke in the biz with CWE. The president Danny Warren gave me a job as a ring crew guy and I went on tours with him to Ontario and Northen Manitoba with former WWE superstars Gangrel, Billy Gunn, The Road Dogg Jessie James. Then another opportunity knocked with Steeltown Pro Wrestling and Rob Stardom gave me a opportunity to work with this promotion to ref, then he trained me a bit to get in the ring and thats how my opportunity started. Now I am working for a great promotion called New Brand Wrestling with great and friendly ring veterens such as Billy Blaze and Cory Diamond and Bobby Collins I am very great to have those guys in my life they are like family to me.
Master Blogger: If you could pick anybody to be your dream opponent, who would it be and why?
Ricky Rivers: My dream opponent would have to be Danny Duggan.
Master Blogger: How would you compare N.B.W. to other promotions?
Ricky Rivers: N.B.W. to other promotions? Well I don't want any crap from anyone. N.B.W. gives us youngbloods a chance. Don't get me wrong I'm pretty sure CWE, PCW, SPW and RCW gives youngbloods like myself and others a chance.
Master Blogger: We will talk about RCW a little bit later in the interview. What prompted you to join The Soul Society?
Ricky Rivers: Well I thought of joining the group cause I wanted to make a very big impact and a change. My goal in the company is to take out the veterans in NBW. After I get through with Diamond my next target is Billy Blaze.
Master Blogger: Now let me ask you this Ricky Rivers, what are your thoughts of former Soul Society member Leo London wanting to make it on his own?
Ricky Rivers: Well, I am not very happy he left the group cause he could've had us protect him and give him a hand, but no he had to be a hero boy. I will get my revenge on him soon after embarrassing me at Spring Fever.
Master Blogger: Well Ricky, The Blogger knows where you're coming from. Anyway, next question: How do you feel about Dirty Dick Walker winning the Spring Rumble and becoming #1 contender to the NBW title currently held by Billy Blaze?
Ricky Rivers: Well, it's just too bad I didn't win the rumble. But my thoughts on Dick Walker pulling the victory is great.
Master Blogger: What are your thoughts of River City Wrestling starting up again?
Ricky Rivers: Well, someone told more opportunities the better. But my thought of its starting up was a surprise to me cause i don't know how long it wasn't around for.
Master Blogger: Any final comments to the wrestling fans or to yours truly?
Ricky Rivers: Yeah last show at Spring Fever i didn't tap. I had something in my eye, and Cory Diamond, I'll see you soon. Thank you Master Blogger for this interview.
